Overview

The Associate, Digital Reconciliation main responsibility is to manage the throughput process of digital invoices from receipt through clearance for payment. Responsibilities include managing team of digital reconciliation assistances, identifying areas of process improvement and proposing process changes.  This position is essential to the day-to-day running and audit compliance of the Digital Investment Operations department and designated accounts. This position requires an individual that works well in a team-based, fast paced, detail-oriented environment. The successful Associate, Digital Reconciliation is resourceful and demonstrates the initiative to problem solve and manage workflow/ communication between reconciliation team, media, A/P, and  vendors

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead team of reconciliation assistances
  • Collaborate with Accounts Payable and media partners to secure timely receipt of media company invoice
  • Ensuring audit guidelines are followed
  • Work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure that appropriate billings are applied
  • Manage & achieve client quarterly reconciliation timelines
  • Work closely with media vendors and media teams to resolve reporting and/or billing discrepancies
  • Develop, organize, activate and control daily process
  • Oversee questions and issues requiring associate intervention
  • Manage communication with A/P, vendors and media team
  • Identify problem/non-complaint areas and escalate
  • Manage personnel issues in a confidential manner
  • Identify areas of improvement to drive efficiency

Client & Internal Relationships:

·        Support teams in digital discrepancy resolution, managing proof of performance reporting

·        Work with internal finance teams providing status of open items

·        Engages with all work-related contacts in a professional & respectful manner

·        Possesses mature and professional business acumen in personal and written communications

·        Attends all status meetings when appropriate

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in finance or accounting
  • 1 year of Prisma Digital Reconciliation experience
  • Experience managing assistants/staff
  • Proficient in MS office suite (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of interactive media planning & buying
  • Ability to work collaboratively across all client groups and management levels
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Effective time management skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of third-party ad servers
  • Strong quantitative, analytics, and organization skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • MediaOcean Prisma/DDS programs experience a plus
