Overview

The Sr. Associate, Display role is responsible for leading and managing the delivery of Display performance, campaign strategies and analysis, strategic development and executions of Display campaigns, ensuring that all strategic recommendations and implementations are delivered to the client on time and are of the highest quality.  

 

 

This role’s responsibilities include creating, leading and managing the execution of strategic Display campaigns, evaluation and selection of Display networks/partners, quality assurance of Display banner compliance and trafficking, creating and delivering detailed performance analysis, and optimization of cost models, bids, and budget allocation based on both performance and client budget.

 

This role requires experience in Display planning and delivery, driving campaigns that meet clients  KPIs and make a measurable impact on their business. This position plays an integral role within the channel team and provides channel expertise to clients, partners and other internal and external audiences. 

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, manage and execute Display campaigns , including but not limited to account setup and QA,  strategy development, partner and network selection, organization, and optimization with minimal to no supervision necessary
  • Successfully manage all points in the Display buying cycle:  Contribute to strategy development based on a brand brief, partner selection, budget planning and allocation, tagging and trafficking, QA and troubleshooting, analysis of performance, optimization, on-going and post-campaign reporting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, networks, publishers and partner agencies
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of  clients'  industry and competitive landscape within the context of the client’s business goals and strategic growth plan
  • Represent the client strategic business objects and goals with publishers and vendors by demonstrating an understanding of the client’s brand, business goals, and vision (strategic growth plan)
  • Act as a primary day-to-day point of contact for the clients, always being responsive to all client requests and inquiries
  • Responsible for operational success of accounts and ensuring deliverables are met on time and on budget, including daily management of campaign budgets, on-site conversion actions and bidding strategy
  • Participate and demonstrate thought leadership and strategic insights in both internal and client-facing meetings and presentations
  • Monitor industry changes and translate those into actionable recommendations for clients and colleagues regarding Display strategy
  • Effectively prioritize efforts based on client goals and objectives  
  • Audit, review and analyze reports, lead optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives and performance; draw critical insights from data and make specific recommendations
  • Communicate campaign performance regularly with client to provide insights, updates, and recommendations
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of Display channel and processes, working to strategically improve current processes to increase effectiveness and efficiency
  • Understand iProspect vision and articulate strategy  to clients and staff
  • Demonstrates intellectual curiosity, the ability to work autonomously while simultaneously collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team

  • Understanding of broad based business principles including: sales, pricing, workflow management, and operations
  • Strong organizational and project management skills and detail oriented
  • Thorough attention to detail & ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize workload
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, dynamic environment
  • Eager and willing to learn new technologies and tools
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to identify trends and insights through data analysis

 

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years+ experience in a digital agency setting, working in Digital Display
  • Must have expertise in Digital Display, programmatic buying, DSPs, and real time bidding (RTB)
  • Experience with managing large scale, complex Display campaigns; strong analytical skills and understanding of KPI's for online/digital media, including DR and Branding 
  • Experience with third-party ad serving and site analytics platforms (DCM, Adobe Analytics , ETC)
  • General understanding of integrated digital performance marketing i.e. Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Management and Display Marketing
  • Proficient in data analysis with strong Excel skills 
  • Demonstrated decision making and independent judgment  with regard to client advisement
  • Ability to work autonomously with high levels of integrity and self-motivation
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
