The Paid Social Analyst plays an integral role in executing paid social campaigns, supporting strategies and presenting recommendations to clients. This role requires a strong understanding of paid social and social media to effectively drive day-to-day tactical execution of products and services. The Analyst will collaborate with the channel team to ensure all analytics and reporting is clear and communicated efficiently to the client. This person will report directly to the Account Supervisor and is responsible for analyzing and executing paid social strategies, ensuring that all deliverables are executed on time and produce a high standard of quality for all client deliverables.


External Relationship Management:

  • May act as a point of contact for the clients and is responsive to all client requests and inquiries
  • Develops and maintains accurate project plans to update clients on status of campaigns

Strategic Focus:

  • Understand client project goals  and work collaboratively to achieve results
  • Monitor industry changes and translate those into actionable recommendations
  • Understand iProspect's (iP) vision and can articulate strategy to clients and internal team members

  • Responsible for all basic tactical execution and campaign audit
  • Support the execution of paid social campaigns, which includes managing Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google +, Instagram, Pinterest, Tumblr and other social media and social networking platforms; responsible for all outcomes
  • Effectively prioritize efforts to focus on delivering on the most important things tracks and reports on campaign results, data analysis and participate in weekly calls
  • Consistently looks for ways to improve current processes or introduce new approaches that will contribute to iP success


  • Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate self-started qualities and to research paid social issues and formulate tangible solutions
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, drive hard to completion, and deliver effective results
  • Successfully fulfill the client’s strategy by creating clear deliverables and recommendations
  • Mastered understanding of reported metrics and what they mean
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines


  • Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Prior experience working with social media communities and networking platforms like Facebook business pages or Twitter streams, YouTube channels, business blogs, etc.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • 2 +years of related work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree requirement
