  • Overview

    The Manager, Social Media directly manages and develops the client accounts for social medial campaigns and to oversee the implementation of new accounts

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Own and manage the activation strategy and daily optimization tasks
    • Build, sell and manage organic social media opportunities 
    • Ensure campaign delivery, performance and advertiser goals are being fulfilled as scheduled
    • Plan and manage allocated campaigns and implements new initiatives that exceed client KPIs
    • Manage and develop direct reports and is accountable for career development
    • Liaise with other channels
    • Contribute to new business development when required
    • Build strong relationships across client services team and with client. 
    • Assist with meetings, QBRs as needed

     

    Qualifications:

    • Extensive experience using social biddable platforms (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
    • Strong managerial experience, including experience developing and mentoring a team
    • Possesses a detailed knowledge of clients' business and products
    • High level of technical proficiency in Excel and PPT
    • Project management and task delegation ability
    • Experience with data and analytical tools
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written
    • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
