  • Overview

    The Digital Director is responsible for providing leadership of the digital capability across the account, and this includes thought leadership, innovation and digital operations.   The individual will also define the path to purchase through integrated


    • Accountable for achievement of KPIs and deadlines
    • Understand how Display (banners, native, affiliate/content syndication, video) fits into the broader media strategy
    • Liaise with other channels within the agency network specifically paid search and paid social
    • Partner with Analytics team providing direction
    • Manage and develop direct reports and be accountable for complete team development
    • Builds strong relationships across teams and acts as point of escalation for client issues
    • Contribute to new business development and other meetings as required


    • 8-12 years' experience in digital display
    • Experience managing complex global campaigns
    • Ecommerce experience a plus
    • Strong managerial experience, including experience developing and mentoring a team
    • Well-honed communication skills with senior audiences
    • Ability to think strategically and identify and resolve problems in a client-centric environment
    • Ability to nurture and retain client and employee relationships Exceptional knowledge of Paid Search, SEO, Display Media, Affiliates, Feeds, Mobile, Social and Attribution
    • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
    • Experience working with financial data and large, multimillion dollar budgets
    • Ability to analyze complex issues and to develop relevant and realistic plans, programs and recommendations to solve client challenges
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Knowledge of DCM a must
    • Knowledge or Prisma a plus
