    The Senior Associate, SEO role is responsible for leading and managing the delivery of SEO performance, campaign strategies and analysis, ensuring that all strategic recommendations and implementations are delivered to the client on time and are of the highest quality.  

     

     

     

    This role’s responsibilities include closely instructing  other digital channel teams to ensure that all analytics and reporting are clear, and communicating effectively to the client within the context of both SEO channel and the holistic digital marketing strategy. This role requires experience in SEO, driving campaigns that meet clients’ KPIs and makes a measurable impact on their business and plays an integral role within the client team  to provide channel expertise to clients, partners and other internal and external audiences.

     

     

     

    The Sr. Associate is responsible for keyword research and content optimization strategy to drive tangible business results from natural search and other related traffic sources.

     

     

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan, manage, and execute multiple SEO campaigns, which includes account setup, strategy development, organization, and management with minimal to no[KS1] supervision necessary[KS2]
    • Execute strategic and tactical deliverables around link building, content development, site analysis and other SEO practices
    • Manage client facing day-to-day communication with client contact for all things SEO, including best practices, presentation decks and assisting with strategy plans, in conjunction with other channels and team members
    • Serve as knowledge expert around one or more topical areas (technical, content, local, mobile SEO)
    • Effectively prioritize efforts based on client goals and objectives
    • Provide SEO expertise for keyword research, reporting, on-page optimization, social media, local search, image and video optimization, digital asset optimization, and mobile search for clients
    • Independently and collaboratively monitor trends on SEO best practices and techniques, drawing critical insights from data to make specific and actionable recommendations ensuring top website ranking, identifying new opportunities, proactively researching SEO issues and formulate solutions to result in website traffic and user growth based on clients SEO strategy
    • Perform independent ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed, using platforms such as Google Search Console, Majestic, Linkdex, BrightEdge, and Conductor, as well as the client’s analytics package, the client’s industry trends and search trends
    • Audit, review, analyze and deliver monthly SEO reports using the client’s analytics package, with heavy reliance on independent analysis and insight to make recommendations based on to-date performance, meeting campaign objectives
    • Understand and lead team with technical audits and migration responsibilities including redirect strategy, content prioritization, optimization and testing[KS3]
    • Understand iProspect vision and articulate strategy to clients and staff
    • Demonstrates intellectual curiosity, the ability to work autonomously while simultaneously collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team

     

    Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, drive hard to completion, and deliver effective results

       

    • Proven track-record of increasing traffic, improving brand and site visibility within major search engines for important keywords, increasing site authority through trusted link building best practices, and surpassing client natural search goals

       

    • Successfully manage client workflow and achieve on time delivery of projects and reports

       

    • Experience encompassing all points in the life cycle of a website: new site development, early stage opportunities for high impact results, mature SEO campaigns, and transitioning to new version of a site

       

    • Able to effectively and proactively identify site issues and opportunities, provide strategic recommendations, and communicate and prioritize how to address them

       

    • Aptitude in data analysis and strong Excel skills
    • Thorough attention to detail & ability to work under pressure
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize workload
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, dynamic environment
    • Eager and willing to learn new technologies and tools
    • Independent thinker who can work well through client demands/needs

     

     

     

    Requirements:

    • Must have 1-2 years of experience with SEO, preferably with more than one client at a time
    • Practice of SEO theory and applied techniques (web ranking, link analysis, data analytics, etc.)
    • Proven knowledge of HTML/CSS, basic server functions, and the definitions and SEO implications of  web site techniques (AJAX, HTML 5)
    • Proven knowledge of website technologies such as platforms and CMSs preferred
    • Demonstrated decision making and independent judgment with regard to client advisement
    • Experience in multiple client verticals preferred
    • Familiarity with SEO reporting platforms such as Brightedge and Conductor, and analytics such as Adobe Analytics (Omniture), Coremetrics and Google Analytics[KS5]
    • Understanding of integrated digital performance marketing such as Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Management and Display Marketing
    • Ability to work autonomously with high levels of integrity and self-motivation
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
