      Account Leader 

    The Account Leader will be the day to day point of contact for their assigned portfolio of clients and is responsible for building, maintaining and enhancing relationships.  The Account Leader will be responsible for the coordination of efforts between the client and the operations team to ensure client goals and objectives are achieved.  The Account Leader role is for someone looking to focus on an account management/client relationship role. 


    • Provide guidance regarding specific tasks and answering questions from other Leaders,  Specialists and Interns 
    • Work closely with  Client Services Manager on the development of Interns, Specialists, and Coordinators on their respective team 
    • Evaluate workflow process, suggest process improvement and recommend efficient solutions 
    • Potential to work closely with account and strategy teams as applicable 
    • Assist in the development of a clear strategic vision for the client  
    • Work collaboratively with team to translate strategic vision into tactical solutions and results 
    • Work closely with both internal groups such as the Innovation team and leads relationships with engine and media partners 
    • Drive betas and testing across channels for team as applicable by client 
    • Responsible for budgeting/forecasting, campaign optimization, structural campaign audits, trending analysis, and reporting 
    • Client communication as applicable 



    • A close eye for detail with the ability to see how details fit into the overall picture 
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines 
    • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment 
    • Strong ability to multi task 
    • Proven ability to create high quality deliverables and meet deadlines 
    • Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly 


    • 5+ years of digital marketing experience is required 
    • Proven experience with demonstrated results across a range of search clients 
    • Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibilities and excellent project management skills 
    • Proven advanced capability of both PPC and SEO 
    • Has exceeded client goals on regular basis  
    • Proven Project Management skills 
    • Bachelor’s Degree required
